1. Donations Are Final
All donations made to DOVE through our website or other payment modes are considered final and non-refundable, except in specific, exceptional cases as outlined below.
2. Refund Request Criteria
Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:
Duplicate donation made due to system error or accidental repeat
Donation made by mistake with incorrect amount
Unauthorized or fraudulent transaction
To request a refund, please send an email to dovengo89@gmail.com within 7 days of the donation, including:
Donor’s full name
Date and amount of donation
Transaction reference number
Reason for refund request
All requests will be reviewed by our team, and eligible refunds will be processed within 10–15 working days.
3. Cancellation of Recurring Donations
If you have signed up for a recurring monthly donation and wish to cancel it, please notify us at least 7 days before the next billing date via email or phone:

4. Payment Gateway Charges
